The HX485A is a Bi-directional RS232-RS485 converter which is compatible with EIA/TIA standards. An internal transceiver circuit automatically controls the data stream direction. The S02M Maglock features 1200lbs holding force and 12 or 24 Volt DC operation. (AC input possible through a rectifier). Both voltages have the same holding force without temperature rise. The magnetic bond sensor indicates that proper bond exists between the magnet and the armature and that the door is locked. This can be monitored remotely to provide assurance that the door is secure. There is an LED for visual indication of the lock status.
