The HX485A is a Bi-directional RS232-RS485 converter which is compatible with EIA/TIA standards. It is able to convert RS-232 signals to an RS-485 balanced differential signal in order to extend the communication distance up to 1.2km. It uses an onboard charge pump to gain power from RS-232 signals (RTS, DTR, TXD) without initializing the RS-232 series interface, so does not require external power. An internal transceiver circuit automatically controls the data stream direction. OPEN controller offers an entry-level access control solution for small and medium installations. The cost effective security solution for doors, parking and interlock benefits from the wealth of features of the powerful Amadeus 5 software. OPEN is a 2 reader/2 door controller with up to 8,700 card holders and 10,000 events in memory. It comes with 4 inputs and 3 outputs. The PS3A138 Linear Power Supply provides a regulated 13.8VDC output at up to 3 Amps continuously. The power supply also provides an output for current limited backup battery charging circuit and is supplied in a powder coated lockable steel enclosure. The PS3A138 is suitable for access control systems, alarmss systems, CCTV cameras or any other application that requires a reliable, battery backed power supply. The AST69M2A IR CCTV Camera is housed in a weatherproof enclosure and features a varifocal lens, 540TV lines of resolution and an Infra Red range of 40 metres. The camera is supplied with an integral cable managed bracket suitable for mounting on most surfaces. The AST27XDN 27x Digital Zoom Day/Night Camera has a built in 3.6-97.2mm lens with RS485 control and On Screen Display (OSD) to assist with in the field setup. The AST27XDN is a full body, or box style CCTV camera that provides a high resolution 480TVL image and requires a minimum scene illumination of only 0.5 lux. The camera can be setup in the field via the control buttons on the rear of the body. Zoom can also be controlled remotely via an RS485 controller. The AST2201B Passive Video Balun enables the transmission of video & audio signals to distances of up to 600 metres using economical UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) or CAT5 cable. Supports all CCTV cameras, monitors, DVR's, CCTV capture cards and most other video devices that normally utilise 75 Ohm coaxial cable. Compatible with Local Area Networks (LAN's) using pins 4 & 5 for the video signal and pins 7 & 8 for power transmission. Sold in compatible receive & transmit pairs The Visonic DA5 is a passive infrared motion detector designed for use with access control and automatic door opening systems. When motion is detected, the DA5 relay output provides signals activating the door opening mechanism. For maximum flexibility, the output activation time is user adjustable between 1 and 60 seconds. The DA5 is designed for easy installation, with options for over-the-door wall mounting or ceiling mounting. The S02M Maglock features 1200lbs holding force and 12 or 24 Volt DC operation. (AC input possible through a rectifier). Both voltages have the same holding force without temperature rise. The magnetic bond sensor indicates that proper bond exists between the magnet and the armature and that the door is locked. This can be monitored remotely to provide assurance that the door is secure. There is an LED for visual indication of the lock status.

Description

The DDS MEGA 4 door access controller enables online supervision of access and alarms in installations that require hundreds of thousands of users and events in memory. The MEGA is designed to exceed the highest level of security design expectations. The MEGA offers a useful range of functions which can bring additional benefits to end users.
The MEGA controller has a large 4MB RAM allowing a dynamic memory allocation between cardholders and it’s event buffer. The multitasking CPU allows firmware upgrade while simultaneously allowing the MEGA controller to keep on working. It also allows for simultaneous handling of access and alarm events. The high speed CPU allows extremely fast processing. For example, it takes less than 0.4 seconds to search through a 100,000 cardholder database.
The MEGA provides greater security with its reader sabotage detection feature, programmable communication encryption, and second redundant communications port. The MEGA32 also has a third communication port to enable connection to RS232 or RS485 readers. High reliability is guaranteed thanks to its 6 layer PCB and numerous protections which enable the MEGA to function in the most adverse of environments
