The PIRL is an economical dual element passive infra-red motion sensor that is compact, attractive & easy to install. The PIRL is ideal for commercial office and residential installations. The PIRL reduces false alarms to a very low level due to it's effective elimination of background noise and nuisance stimuli. The PIRL is designed for indoor use only and should not be mounted near large metal objects or metal surfaces. The IR 990MF Series of electric mortise locks have been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the Australasian market and are ideally suited for commercial, industrial, institutional and government buildings, where durability and security are of major importance. The 990MF Series has a high purity die cast zinc alloy case, to provide rigidity and precision. The S02M Maglock features 1200lbs holding force and 12 or 24 Volt DC operation. (AC input possible through a rectifier). Both voltages have the same holding force without temperature rise. The magnetic bond sensor indicates that proper bond exists between the magnet and the armature and that the door is locked. This can be monitored remotely to provide assurance that the door is secure. There is an LED for visual indication of the lock status. The HX485A is a Bi-directional RS232-RS485 converter which is compatible with EIA/TIA standards. It is able to convert RS-232 signals to an RS-485 balanced differential signal in order to extend the communication distance up to 1.2km. It uses an onboard charge pump to gain power from RS-232 signals (RTS, DTR, TXD) without initializing the RS-232 series interface, so does not require external power. An internal transceiver circuit automatically controls the data stream direction. The STT804F 4 Channel Passive Video Balun enables the transmission of CCTV video signals to distances of 330 metres using economical CAT5e cable. The STT804F supports all CCTV cameras, monitors, DVR's, CCTV capture cards and most other video devices that normally utilise 75 Ohm coaxial cable. Up to 4 CCTV cameras can be transmitted on a single CAT5e cable. The video input is by either RJ45 or screw terminals, and the output is by BNC male connector. The Visonic GlassTech™ is the first glass-break detector that can reliably distinguish between true alarms (the breaking of framed glass in an outer wall) and false alarms (shattered glass, bottles, plates, etc.). This unique capability is possible thanks to Visonic's breakthrough CAIR™ technology (Computerized Acoustic Image Recognition), complemented by software-controlled digital signal processing (DSP), and a three-stage statistical analysis based on Fuzzy Logic decision-making process. The DS216 offers a cost effective solution for the control of numerous analogue and digital alarm points. The DDS DS216 board can control up to 16 digital supervised inputs and has 4 relay outputs. Equipped with an extension board EXT84 or EXTTCP84 it can control up to 24 inputs with 8 relay outputs. Each input is supervised, i.e. it controls the contact itself (open or close) and the status of the line (normal, short or cut). The status of each input and output is indicated by an LED.
