The S01M Maglock features 600lbs holding force and 12 or 24 Volt DC operation. (AC input possible through a rectifier). Both voltages have the same holding force without temperature rise. The magnetic bond sensor indicates that proper bond exists between the magnet and the armature and that the door is locked. This can be monitored remotely to provide assurance that the door is secure. There is an LED for visual indication of the lock status. The HX485A is a Bi-directional RS232-RS485 converter which is compatible with EIA/TIA standards. It is able to convert RS-232 signals to an RS-485 balanced differential signal in order to extend the communication distance up to 1.2km. It uses an onboard charge pump to gain power from RS-232 signals (RTS, DTR, TXD) without initializing the RS-232 series interface, so does not require external power. An internal transceiver circuit automatically controls the data stream direction. The AST2201B Passive Video Balun enables the transmission of video & audio signals to distances of up to 600 metres using economical UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) or CAT5 cable. Supports all CCTV cameras, monitors, DVR's, CCTV capture cards and most other video devices that normally utilise 75 Ohm coaxial cable. Compatible with Local Area Networks (LAN's) using pins 4 & 5 for the video signal and pins 7 & 8 for power transmission. SMK3 Photoelectric Smoke Detector

Description

The SMK3 is an auto-resetting photoelectric smoke detector with a SPDT relay output. The detector has a twist off base for easy installation and internal sounder for local alarm indication. Visual indication is provided by dual LED's, which are visible from any angle and indicate if the detector is in standby, pre-alarm or alarm mode. The SMK3 smoke detector requires a 12VDC power source, and is compatible with most modern alarm panels.
